A one-day-per-week nature-based programme led by Kelly Brown, a registered teacher with over 20 years experience.

Located in the beautiful Meraki Montessori bush space in Wainui, we provide a child-led environment where curiosity blossoms.

The Forest Classroom

Our programme aligns with the Education and Training Act 2020 (Section 25B), allowing students to be released from school for meaningful learning outside the classroom.

🌧️ What about the weather?

We embrace the elements! We have comprehensive risk assessments and Kelly is First Aid and Child Protection trained to ensure safety in all conditions.

🚗 Where do we meet?

Directly in the bush (opposite the Gull Station in Wainui). This allows for a calm, grounded transition into the day.

🕒 What are the hours?

8:30 am – 3:00 pm. Our Term 2 calendar runs from 22 April to 3 July.
